A Walk to See Seals

Today, Laura, a fellow artist who is from Canada, took me on a walk along the ocean cliffs. Our goal was to see the seals.
Along the way we saw several rock spires including this one at the seal beach.
We saw a total of 17. It was so much fun to sit and watch them bask and occasionally bicker. There were one or two who stayed in the water keeping an eye at the top of the cliff where we were sitting. They knew we were there.
Being at the top of the cliffs gave us wonderful views of the mountains.
Thank you so much for the photos--I can almost feel the wind and hear waves! Immersive study takes concentration, focus, and lots of time so I appreciate that you send us notes. Wind here too on the prairie.
