Biggest Solar Magnetic Storm in Twenty Years

The promise of northern lights did not really work out here in Iceland. We had total cloud cover and more importantly, even when the sun is down it is not dark but more like dusk.

This is the only northern lights I got to see in Iceland. Pretty good actually!

We have had some pretty spectacular sunsets to compensate.
